O1Research Participant Agreement

By checking the box below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions governing your participation in the O1Research program:

1. Participation Overview

You are voluntarily participating in a research program conducted by O1Research (“Company”), which includes attending a demo session and completing a feedback survey. As a participant, you may receive compensation in the form of a gift card or other monetary reward.

2. Use of Feedback and Provided Information

By participating, you grant O1Research a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, and share any and all feedback, comments, survey responses, and related input you provide. This includes direct quotes, summaries, anonymized insights, or derivative content derived from your participation.

3. Use of Name, Likeness, and Affiliation

You agree that O1Research may use your name, likeness (including photos if provided or publicly available), job title, and company affiliation in connection with your participation. These may appear in marketing materials, internal reports, investor communications, and related business uses.

4. Confidentiality and Good Faith Participation

You agree not to share or disclose any confidential information encountered during your participation, including the identity of any companies featured in the demo or the proprietary content shown, unless that information has been publicly disclosed by O1Research. You also agree to provide honest and thoughtful feedback in good faith.

5. No Employment or Partnership

Participation in this program does not create any employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and O1Research. You are acting as an independent participant.

6. Data Privacy and Processing

Any personal information you share will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws. O1Research may store, process, analyze, and use this data solely for research, evaluation, and business development purposes.

7. Program Changes and Termination

O1Research may modify or discontinue this program at any time, with or without notice. If terminated, O1Research’s only obligation will be to honor the compensation promised for completed participation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any related matters are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules that might apply the laws of another jurisdiction.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials shared with you during your participation, including demos, scripts, surveys, and related content, are the intellectual property of O1Research and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your participation is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. O1Research disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, O1Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless O1Research and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the program.

13. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and O1Research. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
